These two pictures represent good memories with my two sons, Sam and Seth. The first is at the end of a hunting trip on the North slope in Alaska. The second one was an Olympic distance triathlon at Sun River that we participated in. I remember it very well because when the boys finished they turned around, and ran back to where I was and finished the race with me.

Good memories are very encouraging and on days that I am feeling like a loser I will pull these two pictures out and remember the great sense of victory that I felt
