Today I was reading the side of a box that had a part I had just purchased for my 1949 Ford pickup. Because I had my head down reading while I was walking I didn’t see the steps and I didn’t see the goose necked trailer either. I stumbled badly as I missed the step and fell forward and hit my head on the trailer, I then swing my hands up and hit the under side of the tongue on the trailer and put a big, deep gash in my hand that spewed blood all over. I fell backwards and landed on my back and lay there I don’t know how long unconscious. I don’t think it was very long because there wasn’t a lot of blood on the ground next to me from my hand. When I got to my feet and looked around I was so thankful nobody had seen me look like a staggery old man. It is bad enough to do what I did, but it is so nice that nobody witnessed it. I am feeling like I was in a car wreck tonight. My head hurts, my neck hurts, my back hurts, oops whining, stop that. Thank You Lord for a great day and keeping me safe. Love You

Dee, I really think you should get your back xray !! That is how I broke my back for the 3rd time!!! Hit the cement step and fell on the bricks on the ground for about an hour , I called for Duane but he had his hearing aids out and could not hear over his own snoring!!
When my head cleared, I tried to get up 2 stairs and get in the house, I layed on the floor and got to a low chair and with my cane I got to the bed. Was he surprised to see a bloody lady in her nightgown 😢 I know Men don’t want to go to the Doctor but you are really banged up!! I will be praying for you😇 love Beth and Duane let us know how you are doing Please

Beth, thank you for your concern!! I am doing good. Knot on my head and a big bandage on my hand but doing good. Getting ready to go ride my stationary bike for an hour. Hope you all are doing good.

Dee you are one tough man!!! Your going to get every thing done in your bucket list that is for sure👏🏻!! My bucket has cob webs in it at this time, had a bad case of the fiu that lasted a month😷 Duane did go deer hunting thou, I was to sick to go out and go shopping!! He got a shot at a nice buck but missed it, poor guy couldn’t get down on his new knee fast enough😤 But the elk will be waiting for Him. And I will get to go shopping and out to lunch yea😉 watch were you are walking!!! Beth
