Jefferson Baptist Church had its first of five performances of “Bquty and the Beast”. It was amazing. The play itself was very good, but what I enjoyed was the various people who’s talents and gifts were on display tonight. God makes us unique as a spiritual snowflake. Each of us with abilities, talents and spirital gifts. God expects that we will work with Him and develope and refine the gifts that we have. As we are good stewards of what He has given us, He will give us more. That is a basic principle in the New Testament. Serving God is fun and exciting as we discover that we are supernatural in an area and that doing something with our life for God is easy once we get in the “zone”. Most don’t work very hard to discover what they are good at and even less work hard developing the giftedness that they have discovered is there’s.
